How To Make Tempe Kanjeng Mami Meatball

 
 
 Goal : To Make a Tempe Kanjeng Mami Meatball
Ingridients                                                           
1.      1 garlic
2.      Pepper
3.      Salt

 


4.      Flavouring
5.      1 tempe
 

6.      1 egg
 
7.      oil

Tools
1.      Knife
2.      Grind
3.      Pan
4.       Plate
Step
1.      Boil the tempe wait until 15 minute first

 
1.      Second prepare all the ingridients and tools 
2.      Third, prepare cobek, input peppers, one of garlic, and salt. Puree seasoning
4.      After tempe already cook, input to the cobek puree with spice

 


5.      after be dough, don’t forget to input a flavouring and egg. Mix  all

6.      Sixth, Heat oil
 
7.      While waiting the oil is hot, make the dough into circle. If you want more delicious you can add the shredded fish
 

8.      Next, input the meatball into hot oil
 

9.      Wait until the colour change be golden 
 

10.   Then, drain
11.   Prepare a plate
12.   Garnish
13.   And the last, your tempe kanjeng mami meatball is ready to be serve.
